DJ Kutz, tell us about yourself.
I’m a DJ of 25 years so I’m considered a Veteran at this point, I started Djing at the age of 14 which was not something I planned on doing as faith would have it I stumbled upon the opportunity, however I’ve always loved music and when I got that opportunity I never looked back. Being a DJ for that amount of time has been a journey because of all the change I’ve encountered, which has always been for the better.
How long have you been in your respective industry?
I’ve been in the music industry for 25 years and it has been nothing but amazing, it has been challenging at times with change but overall doing what I love has brought nothing but happiness!
What is your favorite quote of all time, and why?
Everything happens for the best! I live by this quote because honestly I’ve always seen it come to past. Dealing with everyday disappointments can be depressing at times however living by a quote like this helps me to get up and keep pushing forward.
Amazing, what is your proudest professional achievement?
Being a Dj for 25 I’ve always Dj party’s for example clubs, weddings, baby showers, birthdays, stage shows etc, however up until recently is when I competed in my first Clash Competition solo. Entering, competing and winning that Clash was a great achievement for me in 2022.

Lastly, any advice for the readers?
My advice to upcoming Djs or anyone that is interested in joint the industry is stay focused, practice, learn all there is to learn about the music industry, social media, genres and always look at the best that’s doing it for inspiration!
